Amir is the CEO at Aiola, where we connect the promise of AI to the masses. Aiola, is a user-centric intelligence platform, which empowers frontline employees by seamlessly collecting, analyzing, and providing rapid, data-driven, AI powered, “actionable” insights and intelligence - ״on-the-go״, in the moment.
Prior to joining Aiola, Amir served as the CCO of SparkBeyond, where he built and managed the commercial strategy and execution, working with leading Fortune 500 companies, developing successful partnerships with McKinsey, Microsoft, and Baker McKenzie. He drove over $1 billion in impact for clients and partners, across 20+ industries.
Amir served as the COO of Adallom, a Cyber Security company acquired by Microsoft, and as the Global Head of Sales at Amobee, a Digital Marketing platform acquired by SingTel. In addition, Amir served on the Advisory boards of Onavo, acquired by Facebook and Mintigo, acquired by Anaplan.

Danna Hochstein Mann is VP Business Development & Innovation at Fox Group, Israel’s leading retailer, where she also established and leads Fox Labs, the Group’s innovation and VC investment arm. Danna has over 15 years of experience in the venture capital and entrepreneurship landscape and was the execution force behind the founding of some of the most innovative business models in Israel's tech industry, including JVP Media Quarter, OurCrowd, ALYNnovation and more. She holds a Bsc with honors from the Hebrew University and an EMBA with honors from Kellogg Northwestern’s International Program, and resides in Jerusalem with her family.

Since 2019, Matthew Adam Smith has driven Walmart's Commercial Transformation as a launch leader of the company's top 2 innovation businesses--Walmart Connect and Walmart Marketplace--and as the creator of Walmart's eCommerce Seller Community engagement framework. As an ""intrapreneur"" within the world's largest company, Matthew stood up two separate 10-figure businesses that have radically scaled the quantity and quality of products available to Customers and their experience from Discovery through Conversion, while driving net new high-margin revenue streams. Prior to Walmart, Matthew was a veteran sales and marketing leader of “disruptor” media brands including Men’s Health, WIRED, Fast Company and Dr. Oz.
Matthew is a Board Advisor to Gyfthint--a Stage-A SaaS start-up transforming the Gift Registry experience through platform-agnostic Personalization; and he is a founding member of the CoreSight Research AI Council--uniting leaders from Business, Government, Technology and Academia to create a global, cross-industry framework of best practices in the use of AI technology within Omni-Channel Commerce.

For fun Shawn enjoys Alpine Climbing, Free Diving, Skiing, Sailing, and spending time with his family.
More so, while living in countries such as Malawi, USA, England, Spain and Israel, Shawn made sure to give back to the local community through myriad of activities.
